Instructions for Use:
1-Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water and dry them
before using the bag.
2- Label the green fields on the bag with a waterproof marking pen
(name, date and time).
3- Cut the top end of the bag along the dotted line and open the zip closure.
4- Fill with breast milk to the 180 ml / 6 fl oz mark.
5- Press the air out and close the zip closure.

Caution	The bag is not suitable for thawing and heating in a microwave oven.
Storage instruction	Storage of breast milk: • At room temperature: 3 to 4 hours is optimal; 6 to 8 hours under very clean conditions at 16–29 °C (60–85 °F) • In the refrigerator: 72 hours is optimal; 5 to 8 days under very clean conditions at approx. 4 °C (39 °F) • In the freezer: 6 months is optimal; 12 months is acceptable at <–17 °C (0 °F)
