Sara Helzer is a Registered Nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant with over 15 years of experience supporting mothers and families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. She is a graduate of the University of Manitoba, Canada, and has worked across a wide range of clinical settings.

After moving to the UAE in 2017, Sara worked at Kanad Hospital in Al Ain, where she recognized the need for stronger breastfeeding support within the community. This inspired her to establish a dedicated breastfeeding clinic at the hospital, where she has since helped hundreds of families overcome feeding challenges.

Combining evidence-based care with personal insight as a mother of three, Sara offers compassionate, individualized support to help families confidently reach their feeding goals.
